Charlie & Co.

I found this image while cleaning out some files the other day.  It's Charlie Trotter snapping pictures of his kitchen team at last year's Pebble Beach Food & Wine event.  He had about a half a dozen cell phones and digital cameras from everyone so it took a while.  It reminds me of how little you get to enjoy the local scenery while you're on location.  Unfortunately the nice view was behind him...
